Instacart Jobs to Consider

Instacart offers two main job roles: In-Store Shoppers and Full-Service Shoppers. The two are similar, but not the same.

In-Store Shoppers are stationed in partner grocery stores to pick and pack orders, which are then picked up by customers or delivered by other drivers; they are part-time employees.

Full-Service Shoppers, on the other hand, are independent contractors who shop and deliver groceries directly to customers’ homes.

They handle the complete order process, from shopping to delivery, providing more flexibility and varying income opportunities.

Which Should You Choose?

Determining which Instacart job to apply for is really up to personal preference. I personally like the Full-Service Shopper role more than the In-Store Shopper since it gives me more flexibility, but I think either role is a good option.
